Here at Negin Tea & Takin Tea, we value your business and stand by the quality of our teas. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with any of our products, we offer a 100% refund of the product total when the following guidelines are applied.

Refund Requirements

When requesting a refund or exchange, customers must return any unopened product in its original packaging.

📌 Timeframe:

• You must contact Customer Service within 15 days of delivery.

• Product must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.

Get RMA Information

Before sending any product back, you must first obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).

RMA numbers help us recognize your return and process your credit or exchange quickly. Any product returned without an RMA number will not be recognized and will be denied credit or exchange.

Exchanges

If you are unhappy with any tea product, or wish to exchange it for another item of equal value, we are happy to assist.

• Exchanges are shipped once the original unopened item is received and inspected.

• For immediate exchanges, contact Customer Service at 1-310-367-5106.

• Customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs.

📌 In the event you receive damaged product, please contact Customer Service within 24–48 hours of arrival. Failure to do so will void the claim.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (they are part of the transaction, not the product).

• If the product is defective or damaged, we will refund the original shipping charge and send you a replacement at no cost.

• For exchanges or returns for credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges (return and reship).

Shipping Policy

• All shipments are sent via FedEx Ground unless otherwise arranged.

• Customers may request upgrades (Next-Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Select) at their own expense.

• Orders placed before 5:00 pm EST ship the following business day.

• Delivery dates are not guaranteed — delays due to weather, courier issues, or peak seasons may occur.
